We are passionate about Cyber Security
Our story started in 2019 with a mission to lessen the cyber security skills gap in the UK workforce and make cyber careers accessible to all.
The cyber skills gap is a very real problem and has been for many years, with the government officially announcing a call to action in 2020. As of 2022, approximately 697,000 UK businesses (52%) have a basic cyber skills gap. This is where we come in. CyberPRO® is an organisation grounded on providing accessible resources to everyone interested in cyber, inclusive of all backgrounds, experience levels, and aspirations.
At CyberPRO® our core ethos is Diversity and Inclusion. We believe that the cyber security profession should be open and accessible to people of all backgrounds; we aim to create a diverse and inclusive culture within cyber to encourage those who may feel underrepresented in the sector.
As is the nature of our industry, CyberPRO® is always looking to the future. Our key aim is to continue developing comprehensive, innovative, and inspirational knowledgebase, in turn contributing to lessening the cyber skills gap and diversity imbalance.
